• Prior to International departure or arrival, at NZ airports, Duty Free goods can be ordered so you can have the satisfaction of knowing these goods will be ready for pickup at the airport.
• Either Fax, email or submit online your order, details for NZ Airports ONLY.
• Orders made from the website are processed through a secure server
• Allow 36 hours in all cases for processing an order for Palmerston North flights and 5 days for processing an order for flights out of other centres.
• To order you will be asked for contact details, flight details, and credit card information. We only process orders for collection at NZ Airports.
• Please submit separate online orders for items required on departure and those required on arrival.
• Please ensure that the email address that you supply will accept the Order Confirmation Notice when it is sent to you. Orders are only processed during "Normal" office hours.
• Confirmation will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends). Please printout the confirmation as it will serve as 'Proof of Purchase' for collection of the goods at time of departure/arrival.
• Prices listed are in NZ Dollars and are SUBJECT to change without NOTICE. Every effort is made to ensure correct price and product representation.
• Products listed SUBJECT to availability.
• We cannot by LAW sell alcohol or tobacco products to minors aged under 18 years. Or discount the price of Tobacco products.
• Returns. If items have passed through customs we cannot refund. Cancellation refund by mailed cheque only when goods are received back to us from the airport in original condition.
• Flight Diversion. If your flight is diverted to another airport PLEASE ensure NZ Customs place their stamp on your Proof of Purchase so we can release the items to you in Palmerston North
